This past week has been busy with hubby. He has been falling, falling, falling ….. and can’t get up again. This morning, I had to call 911 to send paramedics to help get him up. They are going to recommend a service to contact me and they will be working with us to help keep him safe.
So, not much sewing has happened, but I did get some sewing in. I’m revisiting this project again to keep it moving along.
The blocks are getting pinned onto my design wall. So far, about 3/4 of the green and red blocks have been made ..... so I'm getting there!I don't know about you, but I'm praying for pouring rain on June 14 in a certain part of the world! A certain orange clown needs to have a pissy day considering the cruelty he has imposed on the world and on humanity.
Cherish your day, cherish your life, cherish your freedom and cherish your country. My country will ALWAYS, ALWAYS be CANADA!
Elbows up, eh!

Hope your wish for the 14th happens! from south Canada
This is a beautiful quilt! I can't wait to see your finish, happy stitching!
Poor Gilles....and poor you; being a carer is not easy. Love the quilt!
So sorry to hear husband's challenges.... Yep rain on the 14th would be great except lots of service member spectators.... They deserve a good time...4300 seats they say...
So sorry to hear about your husband's falls. But the comment about the organge face jerk made me laugh!
Poor hubby!! Mine too...a new knee and so fragile now. I love your header quilt so much!! Our elbows are up too!!
So sorry to read about your husbands falls. I do hope the support package put in place works out for you both.
Hope things improve for you both. Thank you for your posts, it's lovely to see your wonderful quilts. It's after the "event" now, but the Tangerine Turd never fails to astonish with what he comes up with; it's a shame he wasn't in the ring!
Best wishes from Melbourne Aust
I can't even imagine all those flying geese! You're a braver woman than me. So sorry to hear about hubby's falls. That's always scary. Hope he can regain some stability with a little help. I haven't checked in for months. Please forgive me.
