Flying geese ….

This project has leaped forward quite a lot.  Just a scattering of blocks to make and then assembly time.

Yes, I saw that red block was placed wrong and it has been corrected and all blocks will be double checked to make sure they are going in the right direction before assembly.

Another pair of leg warmers have been made!  I’m so happy as my legs will be nice and warm this coming fall/winter.  Two pairs!  Yeah.  I’m also so happy that my change in knitting method is working out.

Then, I had some free time and got another section done on my EPP project.  Once the flying geese are off the design wall, that EPP project will get pinned and I can start sewing together the next section.
On hubby note, he is still falling.  This morning, his legs gave out and luckily he was using his walker and ended up on his knees and was then able to use his walker to stand up.  A physio lady is coming to our home on Monday to assess him and hopefully she will be able to help him build up strength in his legs.  Every day is an adventure ....

On a political note, a mining company in British Columbia just hired Kristi Noem.  WTF.  I thought we Canadians were smarter than that.  I'm absolutely disgusted hearing that news.  Perhaps that company is American owned or she has something on the owner .... or maybe the site is overrun with stray dogs.

Cherish your day, cherish your life, cherish your freedom and cherish your country!  My country will
ALWAYS, ALWAYS be CANADA!

Your leg warmers look cosy - just the thing for cool Canadian weather! Your flying geese quilt is progressing well. Hopefully the physio will have ideas to help with hubby's leg strength.....and yes, every day is an adventure here too.
