FQ Challenge
Well, after three days of embroidery work and embellishment, this is where my FQ Challenge is at. What a huge difference it makes to my top.

Some time ago, I purchased a large package of assorted buttons and inside were all these small red buttons. So perfect for this project.
Now, it is time to sandwich this top and do some hand quilting.

So is this what I am getting for christmas!! I just love it your hand work is amazing and really a great distribution of color. You are right the buttons and embroidery really did add an abundance of of depth to your gorgeous creation.

Oh what a lovely combination of stitches. I am adding some embroidery to my my applique block today, hope it turns out as well as yours did.
I always love how embellishments can take something from pretty to WOW! This is a great block - I love your yo-yo flowers!
Those buttons were just the right colour, weren't they.....they finish off your little quilt beautifully!
