Looking at this photo taken from far way, I could have placed some of the darker blocks a bit better. I guess that I'm just standing too close to my design wall and didn't see the placement until now. Too late, this is the final layout. I'm very happy with it. :o)
This morning, the top got laid out on our bed and it sure looks good .... sorry, forgot to take a photo of it!
Have a great day, eh!

Oh wow! Stunning! The darks look fine to me. What a fantastic quilt!
My verification word is 'dullswo'. What kind of word is that? It sure doesn't describe your quilt, which is the exact opposite - bright and interesting!
It looks great. Nice and bright.
Gorgeous!! You must be so pleased!!
Absolutely beautiful...that sure did turn out well. I've enjoyed watching this grow!
I like your rod that you photograph tops on...did you make it? Could you describe it in your blog (or an email) some time at your convenience?
In stitches,
Teresa :o)
I think it is really stunning! I like it a lot! I don't know what you mean about piecing the darker blocks more carefully. I think it looks great!

Oh my goodness...it's fabulous! So beautiful! I think the colour/dark balance is great!
Are you going to hand quilt??
Your quilt top is so cool! I think your darks are beautifully distributed. Since I know exactly what you mean about being too close to the design wall, though, I thought I'd recommend a tool (we love gadgets! :-D) -- a Reducing Glass (seen here: http://www.suppliesnet.com/reducing-glass-3-in.aspx) I can stand across the room with it, and it gives me that distance perspective! Blessings!
Its perfect - I would not change a thing!
This is truly one of my most favorite quilts ever!! I want one just like it.
