Lately, I have been busy trying to get a few flimsies to the top stage and borders just seem to stall me to no end. This is my siggy swap that I participated in this spring. The border with the little squares was a struggle to sew in .... a lot of adjustments had to be made on each side. I am happy with the way it looks and even Miss Hank approves.

Love the effect of the little squares in the border -- it adds such a nice finish. What a bright, happy quilt!
It's nice when you have help with a quilt(?) ;-)
I love your hexagons. There is no way I would ever make one and so I applaud you and all the work that went into that one. Is it hand quilted?
I love your hexagon top it is beautiful. How are you going to quilt it?
Great tops. Especially like what you've done with the siggies.
I really like the little squares on the first one. I wonder why borders seem to be such a pain to do. They really don't take all that long once you get started...
Oh I love both the tops. Wonderful to have such great help basting...lol. Your hexagon top is just amazing, gorgeous!
Great quilts - thanks for sharing
I love both of them!
Both quilts are just gorgeous!! I love them!

The little squares in the border make more work, but they do finish the quilt well. Love the hexagons, that is one beautiful quilt. Do the kitties approve of it too?
You help me with what size to make a quilt for my friend that has cancer. I just wanted to say thanks for you help and the size was great.
awesome!! both quilts are absolutely beautiful and the one before on the other post is amazing too...I love to see the progression of other peoples quilts I get just as excited at the next step
Beautiful quilt. I love the soft one too...stepping outside our box is a good thing.
Miss Hank looks so innocent in the first photo. :-) Both quilts look terrific.
They are both beautiful Rose Marie!
Wow Rose Marie, you have finished the GFG top, congratulations. The swap quilt will be beautiful, you are so clever using fabrics to get a great overall look.
Oh my, you have been busy! They both are stunning!
Welcome back! Hope you had a lovely summerbreak!
Both quilts are wonderful. I would never have thought to alternate the white blocks on that border of your siggy quilt, but it perfect! Good job,
Teresa
Your siggy quilt is going to be wonderful! I like the squares in the border too! Lovely soft colors in the hexagon one too!
What a lovely quilt you have made with the siggies! And so much fun to look at and read! It makes me want to participate someday...
Your hexagon quilt is gorgeous...wow!
Lovely borders.
Your hexagon quilt is lovely! The colors blend together so well, and the borders compliment the design. You did a wonderful job on this project. Will you machine or hand quilt it? I've been working on a hexagon project for a year now, and the progress is so slow...
