Quilting Minis

Whenever I hand quilt a mini, scrap muslin is basted all around at the edge of the borders. This way, it is really easy to put into a hoop and quilt.

Have a great day!

Now this is a wonderful idea! I can still hand quilt but only in a frame or hoop. Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS)has virtually destroyed any chance of my doing hoopless quilting. I can't grip tight enough to hold the fabric.

Super tip. I try to quilt minis without a hoop -- but this would be way easier!
