DH is giving me a hand for taking a photo of my Humble Pie quilt top. A couple of years ago, he rigged up a pole system and all I need to do is clip on my tops for taking photos.
So, going back to my question: is it done? Nope! In those borders will be some applique.
Have a great day!
Mmm, I love that. And you know, those colors remind me of the blocks in "Josephs Coat!"
ReplyDelete...applique we be lovely.
Looks lovely. Reminds me of autumn.
ReplyDeleteSo nice as it is, but your applique will really make it pop! Hey, I like your husband's display frame, too-pretty clever! : } pokey
ReplyDeleteLove the pole and the quilt....
ReplyDeleteIt is lovely so far. Applique is really going to make the quilt.
ReplyDeleteI used to have a pole system that was designed for a backdrop for photography. I used it to hang quilts for photography. Then I didn't use it for a long time and foolishly donated it to a thrift store.
ReplyDeleteNow that is a great quilt display and I do love that quilt, even without the applique. Your cabin looks so nice - love the fire with the lake.
ReplyDeleteI like your husband's display frame, great idea!
ReplyDeleteThe quilt looks like a Coat of many colours...I love it!
The pole system is a clever idea! That is such a cheerful bright quilt.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea your husband had for displaying your quilts. Perfect!
ReplyDeleteIsn't hubby a dear!! Beautiful quilt and so nicely photographed. I think hubby ought to go into business making these frames.
ReplyDeleteRose Marie....that is just so stunning.....I love it...
ReplyDeleteIt is just beautiful Rose Marie!! I can't wait to see the applique on it!
ReplyDeleteGreat system DH hook up for you!!
