This quilt has been stored away since it was finished back in April of last year. I have been waiting patiently to display this quilt and it sure is living up to its’ name as the weather here is very cold these days.

I think this one is my favorite because it tells a bit of your story, shares your favorite color, blue, that shines through in most of your quilts. I still have this idea in the back of my mind that I should make such a quilt. Thanks for helping me to remember.

ReplyDeleteRose the winter wall hanging is stunnng
ReplyDeleteYour Winter quilt turned out so great. The wording, the icicle border, the heavy quilting all work together to create a one of a kind folk art quilt that conveys the feeling of a frosty winter.
