All knotted up

Well ….. story of my life right now ….. I’ll be away again for a couple of weeks.

While I’m away, this is a new project that I’m working on. Charm packs have been accumulating in my stash and this is the perfect project to use them up (at least a few of them).

The pattern is called ‘Lover’s Knot’ and there is definite movement in the blocks and pattern, which my DH loves to see. This will become a wall hanging in our entryway.

Have a great day!

  5. Such a pretty block, and especially nice in the fabrics you have chosen. How many blocks big are you making it?

  6. Love that block design and fabrics that you are using. Glad you have quilting time while at your mom's house. Please greet your mom and sister for me.

Don't you love it when your DH truly enjoys your quilty work? Bless his heart. My DH is very encouraging and supportive of my happy hours of quilting and what comes of that. :)

  8. I love your blocks! The only place I've seen that pattern is in one of the pattern books that goes with Emilie Richard's books. Is that where you got it from? I made a block from that book that will eventually go in a quilt that my Senior Center quilting group is making to donate to the Center - here is a link to it - http://home-and-garden.webshots.com/photo/2650524620101299792qdGsAG

  10. I certainly agree that is a great block for the charm packs. Is it done by applique?

Good luck with all your travels.
